PhD student in the Art History department of the University of Barcelona, with a scholarship funded by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports of the Spanish Government (FPU fellowship). Member of the Research Institute on Medieval Studies (IRCVM) from the University of Barcelona, and the research group Ars Picta, funded by the Catalan Government (SGR2014-986) and directed by Dr. Milagros Guardia. Bachelor in Art History and MA in Medieval Cultures by the University of Barcelona, she has internationally done short term research visits at several libraries and archives such as the Real Academia de la Historia de Madrid, the Bibliothèque National de France, and the École Nationale des Chartes. Her main research topics are Medieval Art History, Illuminated Manuscripts, Medieval Iconography, Romanesque Art and Christian Liturgy. She has internationally given lectures concerning her thesis Iconographic traditions of the manuscripts from Ribagorça in the 10-12th century and their transmission on the monumental arts in several congresses and seminars, such as Leeds, Barcelona, Rabat, Lisbon and Paris. She has published several essays in international academic journals and books such as Memòria Artium, British Archeological Reports or Cahiers de Saint-Michel de Cuxa.
